Special Order Policy

By placing a special order, you agree to the following terms:

• Full Payment Requirement: All special orders require 100% payment upfront at the time of purchase. This payment secures your items and initiates the immediate fulfillment and procurement process.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that special orders are non-refundable. Once the order is processed, the funds are immediately committed to sourcing your specific items; therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or "change of mind" returns.

• Refund Exceptions: A full refund will only be issued under the following two conditions:

1. Faulty Goods: If the item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon delivery.

2. Delivery Delay: If we are unable to fulfill and deliver your order within 30 days of the payment date.
