Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Standard Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Special Orders

Please note that Special Orders are subject to different terms:

• payments are only refundable if the item is faulty or if delivery is not made within 30 days.

• Standard "change of mind" returns do not apply to these custom-procured items.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at primetimeathletes25@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the deposit for special orders.

2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable service.
